Payment Security

The security of your data during online card payments is our priority. Online payments on the Dostavi.ba platform are processed through the Monri Payments system for secure authorization and processing of payment cards.

1. Confidentiality of Data

When paying by card, you enter your card details (card number, expiry date, CVV) exclusively on the secure Monri Payments page. This information is never available to the merchant (Dostavi Platforma d.o.o.), nor is it stored on our servers.

2. Encryption and Secure Connection

The entire payment process takes place over a secure (SSL/TLS) connection using advanced encryption. All sensitive data is transmitted in encrypted form, protecting it from unauthorized access.

3. PCI DSS Standard

Card transaction processing complies with the highest security standard for card operations – PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

4. 3-D Secure Protection

For additional security, 3-D Secure authentication is used (Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check). This provides additional confirmation of the customer's identity during payment, reducing the risk of card misuse.

6. Payment Currency and Conversion

All payments are made in Convertible Marks (BAM/KM). The amount charged to your payment card is expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate of the card organizations (Visa, Mastercard). As a result of this conversion, a small difference compared to the original price shown on our platform is possible.

7. Refunds

In the event of a refund for a card payment, the refund is made exclusively to the same card used for payment, via the Monri Payments system, in accordance with the rules of the card organizations.
